Do we need a marriage license?
Yes, you must obtain your marriage license from the county clerk before your ceremony. We cannot provide marriage licenses but will help complete and file the document.
Can we write our own vows?
Absolutely! We encourage personal vows for all ceremonies. Civil ceremonies include optional vow exchange while formal weddings allow full customization.
Are weekend appointments available?
Yes, we offer Saturday appointments from 10-8 PM and Sunday from 10-6 PM at premium pricing. Evening weekday appointments also available.
How many guests can attend?
Our office accommodates up to 8 witnesses. Outdoor ceremonies on Monument Circle have no guest limit, weather permitting.
Do you officiate religious ceremonies?
We offer non-religious ceremonies in our office. Victoria performs Christian and interfaith weddings at your location with customized religious elements.
Can we reschedule?
Yes, with 24-hour notice. Appointments can be rescheduled within 90 days of original booking. No refunds available for prepaid services.
