We hired Michele and Aroma Culinary Catering for a national event we host each year. I wanted healthy and tasty food for the participants and I wanted it to look nice since many people fly in from all over. Michele did not disappoint! The brunch and afternoon desserts were a huge hit and lunch was amazing. Display and appearance were top notch too!
During the planning stages, Michele was so flexible and open to ideas. He shared things he had done in the past and together we created a wonderful menu. My lifelong culinary journey started at a very young age in the horn of Africa.
My family owned a banana plantation in Somalia in the 1960s, and was involved in the thriving Italian community that existed there at the time.
As a young boy, I saw my family entertain influential dignitary and royalty from around the world who came to visit our plantation.
When we went back to Italy in the 1970s, my family continued to cater to the needs of others.
I followed in the tradition started by my parents by entering into the Institute of Hotel and Restaurant Industry of Calabria Italy, where I received my formal hospitality and culinary training.
