What wedding planning packages do you offer?
We offer three packages: Shindig (full-service planning), Hootenanny (design coordination), and Primetime (day-of management). Each includes different levels of support based on your planning needs and timeline.
How are your services priced?
Our packages range from $4,500 to $14,500 with flat-fee pricing. Costs vary based on scope, location, and specific requirements. We don't use percentage-based or hourly models to maintain planning neutrality.
Do you work outside Boston?
While based in Boston, we serve all New England locations and accept select destination weddings. Travel fees may apply for events outside Massachusetts.
Can you accommodate unique wedding themes?
We specialize in creating distinctive weddings, from disco-themed celebrations to Gatsby-inspired events. Our custom approach ensures your theme elements are seamlessly integrated into all aspects of your celebration.
What's included in day-of coordination?
Our day-of service includes two coordinators for up to ten hours, timeline management, vendor oversight, guest assistance, and problem-solving support to ensure smooth execution of your pre-planned event.
How early should we book your services?
We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance for full-service packages. Day-of coordination bookings require minimum six months' notice, though earlier arrangements are recommended for popular dates.
