My name is Glen Dohie and I've had a passion for photography nearly all my life. I've got over 40 years of experience working in photography in both digital and film. I love everything about capturing life's happiest moments and creating something exciting for you to look back on. I've been honing my skills as a photographer since 1979. I received formal training from the New York Institute of Photography.
When I first started working with film photography, I learned something very important that carries over to digital: Do it right the first time! With film, I had no idea if the picture was good or not, so I perfected getting the best shots at the best times. The result is photographs that are real, candid, and look great with minimal editing. At a 1-hour beach wedding, I take somewhere between 400 to 450 photos - that's one photo every 10 seconds or so.
That way I can epitomize the full wedding day with everyone involved. I mentioned earlier that photography is my passion, and I mean it.
