A/C indoor space accommodating up to 60 including staging area, white leather couch set and bathroom.
Event gazebo, musicians gazebo, DJ gazebo, concrete bar with large market umbrella, large covered pavilion accommodating up to 40 with LED lighting, firepit, market lights.
You may provide your own vendors including caterer and self-catering.
Alcohol must be served by license and insured entity (we can provide for you).
Rental time must include any setup and breakdown time (property access restricted to rental times only).

What does the attendant do?
The attendant represents the property and is there to make sure the property functions properly, bathrooms are stocked, etc. Due to liability and responsibilities, the attendant is not permitted to help clients unload, load, setup or breakdown your personal items.

Arrival time is strictly reserved for the exact time of your rental - guests nor vendors are permitted to enter early.
Please advise your vendors of this.
