Half Planning
This hybrid planning solution combines design consulting with day-of coordination. We assist with vendor selection, budget management, and design concepts while providing 10 planning hours and full-day execution support for engaged couples managing most arrangements themselves.
Full Planning

Melissa Pham founded Mellie Bee Events in 2012 after discovering her passion for event planning through organizing friends' weddings. With a background in live entertainment and five years of part-time planning experience, she now dedicates herself full-time to creating memorable events while balancing family life with her husband and two daughters.

While based in Costa Mesa, we serve clients throughout Southern California including Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Juan Capistrano areas.
