Saturdays are naturally the most ideal day for weddings because most guests are not working, BUT.our two day rental makes a Friday wedding just as popular since you have the Thursday before to set up.
We also offer a wedding weekend.
Thursday through Sunday.
With a small budget (smart use of our decor and natural outdoor beauty), a large budget (with a designer dress, fabulous florals, and a terrific wedding planner), or anything in between, The Catlett Farm will be a wonderful fit for your wedding and become your new favorite wedding venue.

We realize you likely have never done this before, we are excited for you and know you have a lot of questions.
To secure your desired date, a $1,000 non-refundable Hold-the-Date fee is due along with the signed contract and proof of insurance (this is your first payment of the total fee, not in addition to).
Nine months prior to the event, 50% of the remaining fee will be due.
The final payment will be due 60 days prior to the event.
You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount before each due date, effectively creating your own payment plan on your own schedule.
