Hello, my name is Wendy Reese. I am a Wedding Officiant, Registered Notary Public and also an ordained Minister with the Universal Life Church. Not many people know that a Notary is empowered by the State of Florida to officiate a wedding and perform wedding vows, but that is one of the privileges granted to a Notary in our beautiful State. I did not know that until I was looking for someone to officiate my daughter's wedding.

I was lucky enough to run into someone, who was a Notary, and she created a ceremony that was sweet, moving, and something that my daughter and son in law will always remember. I am blessed that I now have the opportunity to do that same thing for other couples. I am always so excited and humbled when asked to be involved in what is one of the great moments in life.

A marriage is the very beginning of your new life together and it would be my pleasure and my honor to help you create the wedding ceremony of your dreams. A Notary can create a more personalized ceremony as a wedding officiant than a Justice of the Peace is able to.
Services
I am a commissioned Notary Public for the State of Florida as well as being an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church.
I have lived and worked in South Florida for the last 17 years but nothing has given me more pleasure and satisfaction than being involved in one of the most important events in a couple's life.
I realize that planning a wedding is a very stressful and time consuming job but finding the perfect person to help you celebrate your wedding vows should not add to that stress.
Rose Ceremony $75.00 for Bride and Groom (If including children please add $5.00 per child).
If the items are provided by bride and groom I would be happy to perform the ceremony at no additional charge.
Once a date has been booked I can not provide refunds as I may have turned others away for your time slot.
Thank you so much for your understanding.
All regularly ordained ministers of the gospel or elders in communion with some church, or other ordained clergy, and all judicial officers, including retired judicial officers, clerks of the circuit courts, and notaries public of this state may solemnize the rights of matrimonial contract, under the regulations prescribed by law.
There is a three (3) day waiting period after applying, if one or both of you are a Florida resident.
In most cases you can do a walk on wedding (everyone stands up, no chairs, decorations) at no cost.

We were pleased we chose Wendy Weds You to coordinate and perform our beach wedding on Jensen Beach. Thanks to Wendy for putting our ceremony together quickly and painlessly.
She is very accommodating, personable, warm, gracious and professional. Her fees are very reasonable and her communication is superb. She has a way of connecting to her couples she weds. She modified the vows to include some we had chosen.
Choosing Wendy Weds You was the 2nd best decision we made...... 2nd only to deciding to get married in the first place and she respected our wishes to perform on

Wendy was very easy to work with. I worked on the script ahead of time and had a lot of input. She did everything exactly how I wanted and I would recommend using her.
