They communicated with us very effectively before and after the wedding, and we got our completed video within 2 weeks of the wedding. It's an incredible video that I've watched about 100 times. Everyone who sees it says it looks like a real movie, they captured so many great moments and edited it together perfectly. 10/10 would recommend using them!
