Our 1949 family-built barn offers 4,000 square feet of climate-controlled event space with original oak beams and 20-foot ceilings. The venue combines rustic charm with modern amenities, featuring vintage furnishings, decorative touches, and flexible layouts for ceremonies and receptions. The space accommodates up to 150 guests with seamless transitions between ceremony, reception, and dancing areas.
Outdoor Pond Ceremony
Exchange vows at our picturesque outdoor ceremony site overlooking a tranquil pond surrounded by rolling hills. The versatile space adapts to all seasons with spring blossoms, summer greenery, autumn foliage, or winter serenity. Backup indoor plans ensure your ceremony proceeds regardless of weather, maintaining the natural beauty of North Carolina's landscape.
Onsite Lodging
Our Farmhouse sleeps 8 guests across 2 bedrooms with full kitchen and living area, included with wedding packages for two nights. The Bunkhouse accommodates 14 guests with 2 bedrooms, sleep loft, 3 bathrooms, and full kitchen facilities at $300/night. Both properties located 3/10 mile from the barn create a relaxed weekend celebration atmosphere.

Our packages include venue access for two full days, professional DJ services, extensive decorations, tables/chairs, linens, setup/cleanup, and memory displays. Additional features include photo booth, games, fire pit, and security personnel when serving alcohol. Three-day access allows stress-free preparation and celebration.

JR Luffman, former high school principal, applies educational leadership to venue management. His organizational skills ensure smooth event execution while maintaining the property's historic integrity.
