No matter how your wedding story unfolds, I would love to be there to photograph your big day. I am a local Lake Tahoe wedding photographer. With a unique eye for capturing laughter, tears, and all the other wonderful emotions of a wedding day, I use a modern, documentary approach. Essentially, these are the moments that will tell the unique story of your Lake Tahoe wedding.

My main focus is candid moments. Of course, there is always an important place for beautiful family photos. So, I also photograph traditional wedding party and family portraits. I also document the gorgeous wedding details and decorations. All of these elements make your Lake Tahoe wedding a one-of-a-kind event. Modern couples often see posed wedding photos as a thing of the past.

In comparison, candid, unscripted wedding photography tells the real story of your Lake Tahoe wedding without all the awkward camera smiles. My documentary approach results in more meaningful photos from your big day. Arguably, this is the best way to capture the story of your Lake Tahoe wedding without feeling like you are on a photoshoot.

These Lake Tahoe wedding photos represent my favorite kind of wedding photography.
Candid, authentic, and vivid.
All in all, they come from a wide range of Lake Tahoe wedding venues.
And they include every kind of celebration, from intimate elopements on the beach to large celebrations at popular wedding venues.
Regardless of the event, my priorities are the same.
I aim to document the unique personalities and special relationships that truly make your wedding day one-of-a-kind.
Furthermore, these are the elements that define you and the important people in your lives.
Lake Tahoe offers some incredible locations for engagement photos.
In particular, North Lake Tahoe features a wide variety of landscapes.
Besides the mountain vistas, there are many pristine sandy beaches.
There are also wooded locations and open meadows.
Many of these Lake Tahoe engagement photography locations are close enough that we can shoot in multiple locations on the same afternoon.
It is worth noting that North Lake Tahoe engagement photos are very relaxed and a lot of fun.
In fact, chances are pretty good that you will get to see a corner of Lake Tahoe that you've never seen before.
The Dance Floor is back!
Like many other couples last year, Taylor and Jordan postponed their Squaw Valley wedding until 2021.
Even with the big plans on hold, we got together last summer for a stunning, stormy Lake Tahoe engagement session.
Mountain breezes returned to their wedding, adding some beautiful energy and motion to their day.
Wow- where do I even begin with this one?! Sometime before Chrissy and Jon's wedding in Graeagle, I reviewed my notes from our very first phone call.
Of course, there were lots of details about their timeline, how they selected their venue, and even how they got together.
But most of my notes were about their priorities for the wedding.
Jon explained that the most important thing about the wedding for him was families being able to spend time together.
And the opportunity to spend a lot of time with their favorite people at this awesome outdoor venue.
Breanna and Ryan's Chateau wedding at Incline Village landed on an idyllic fall day in Lake Tahoe.
Tahoe is where they spent their first vacation away together, and it proved to be an ideal place to tie the knot.
The Chateau has more than one ceremony site, and the creekside setting is the perfect place for smaller Lake Tahoe weddings.
Breanna and Ryan wanted to visit the lake on their wedding day, so we made sure we stopped by the beach for sunset photos after the ceremony!
