HighPointe Estate offers seven distinctive venues including the Chapel with shiplap walls and arched trusses, the 35-foot-ceiling Great Hall, and the historic Moonlight Bungalow. Our outdoor spaces feature river valley vistas and water features. All venues combine dramatic architecture with flexible layouts for weddings and corporate events up to 300 guests.
Floral Design
Our in-house floral team creates custom arrangements for select clients with budgets starting at $10,000. We specialize in seasonal, locally-sourced designs that complement our venues' natural beauty. When unavailable, we provide referrals to pre-vetted florists meeting our quality standards.
Vendor Coordination
We maintain a curated list of preferred vendors including caterers, photographers, and entertainment providers. While clients may choose their own vendors, we enforce strict requirements for alcohol and security providers. Our team facilitates seamless coordination between all service providers.
Event Planning
From initial consultations to day-of execution, we offer comprehensive planning support. Our services include space customization, timeline development, and contingency planning for weather-related issues. We provide 12-hour access to venues for setup and execution.

We accommodate weddings, corporate events, and fundraising galas with venues supporting 50-300 guests. Our spaces work for ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and business retreats.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Clients may choose their own vendors with approval. We enforce strict requirements for alcohol and security providers, but provide referrals for pre-vetted florists, caterers, and entertainment options.
What is included in the rental fee?
Venue rental includes access to chosen spaces for 12 hours, basic furniture, and coordination with our event team. Additional services like floral design or premium lighting cost extra.
Do you offer accommodation for guests?
While we don't have on-site lodging, we provide recommendations for nearby hotels and transportation options. The Moonlight Bungalow accommodates intimate events but not overnight stays.
What happens if it rains on my event day?
Our venues include covered outdoor spaces and climate-controlled indoor areas. We provide contingency plans for weather changes, including access to multiple indoor ceremony options.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak dates book 12-18 months ahead. We recommend contacting us at least 6 months before your preferred date to ensure availability, especially for Saturday weddings.
