Pond Hill Pavilion

Pond Hill Pavilion is a family-run event venue and wedding vendor located just outside Albany, NY, in the scenic New York countryside. Specializing in rustically elegant outdoor weddings and events, we offer a spacious enclosed pavilion with formal dining facilities, a commercial kitchen, and a beautifully landscaped garden patio featuring a 50-foot pergola. Our property includes a retro 50s-style outdoor bar, a rustic barn interior, and 55+ acres of private natural scenery perfect for ceremonies, receptions, and photography. We provide customizable event experiences with seating for up to 150 guests, allowing clients to control their budget through flexible catering and decor choices. As a private venue, we prioritize personalized service, working closely with couples to create unique celebrations while avoiding the rigid timelines of traditional venues.

Our on-site bakery offers custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies decorated to match event themes. Open May through October, we host one major event per weekend to ensure ample time for setup, photography, and rain date flexibility. We provide complimentary event coordination during all events, collaborating with caterers and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Our facilities include NYS-certified catering infrastructure, outdoor restroom facilities, and parking for catering trucks. While specializing in weddings, we also host corporate events, fundraisers, family reunions, and private parties.
