Mary Ann has been a fitness instructor for more than 20 years and believes that health is an important for both your physical and mental health.
Just as a bouquet of fresh flowers can brighten your day taking an hour or two a week just for you will allow you to be more present in the moment for you and your loved ones.
These classes will he held outdoors, participants will keep 6 foot minimum spacing and will be encouraged to wear a face covering as appropriate.
Tai Chi is slow meditative movements that are proven to improve balance, flexibility and health.

After many years of arranging flowers for weddings and events for friends and family the dream of starting a business became a reality in 2018.
As the business has grown, I no longer could work a full time job of marketing and fitness instructing.
