Lockyear Music

Lockyear Music was founded in 2013 by Yuliya Lockyear, a classically trained professional musician with over 33 years of experience performing violin, viola, and piano across Europe and the United States. Our mission is to enrich local communities in Washington and Oregon with live music entertainment for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions, while also providing high-quality music education to students aged 7 and older. Yuliya holds a Bachelor of Music from Odessa National Music Academy and a Master of Music from Southeastern Louisiana University, and has performed with prestigious orchestras and chamber groups worldwide. Her teaching career spans over two decades, including roles at Lower Columbia College and private instruction in violin, viola, and piano.

We specialize in versatile performances spanning classical, jazz, pop, and international genres, and offer customized wedding packages with a one-woman band setup using professional PA systems. Our music lessons cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, with a focus on technique, music theory, and diverse musical styles.
