Spiral Rock Vineyard is a new vineyard, winery and event venue located about halfway up the Old Spiral Highway overlooking the Lewis-Clark Valley. We invite you to enjoy our premium wines made only from grapes grown in our vineyard. The first grapes at Spiral Rock Vineyard were planted in the spring of 2014 four miles up the Old Spiral Highway overlooking the Lewis-Clark Valley.
Two guys, who share a love of the outdoors, gardening and hard work, enlisted the help of family and friends to plant one acre (1,100 vines) of Riesling grapes.
The following spring a second acre of Riesling went in the ground along with some Cabernet Sauvingnon.
Spiral Rock is one of the newest vineyards established in the recently designated Lewis-Clark Valley AVA.

Warm days and cool nights keep sugars and acidity high while limited rainfall allow the grapes to hang on the vines well into October, fully developing the aroma and tastes that reflect the unique "terroir" of the soil, climate and region where they grow.
