Bridal Gown Care offers pre-wedding dress cleaning and pressing, post-wedding cleaning, restoration of vintage wedding gowns, wedding gown preservation, and assistance preparing a dress for resale. We have 30+ years of experience and exclusively work on wedding dresses and wedding gowns. We are not a traditional "dry cleaner" and we do not send our work out to sub-contractors or wholesalers - our wedding gown specialists do all the work in-house.

We have thousands of happy customers from all over Southern California, including Los Angeles (LA County), Hollywood, Santa Monica, Redondo Beach, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, Orange County, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Irvine, Lake Forest, Coto de Caza, San Juan Capistrano, The Inland Empire, Pomona, Pasadena, Corona, Riverside, and San Bernardino!

After your wedding, a wedding dress needs to be cleaned and properly prepared for storage. It's not a good idea to wait to do this cleaning as it may become more difficult, or impossible, to remove dirt and other stains.
Services
If you have chosen a pre-worn gown, an off the rack gown, a sample gown, or purchased your wedding dress from a consignment shop for your special day, another bride or brides have worn the dress.
Whether for 10 or 15 minutes, or longer, someone else has had it on.
There may be a spot, or a stain, on the outside of the dress which you intend to have removed.
However, "spot cleaning" is not always just removal of the soil area.
Think of a glass top table.
The same applies to a spot on a garment.
When the spot or soil is removed, the area around now is clearer, brighter, perhaps whiter than the rest of the gown, and ultimately the garment must be cleaned.
Before the wedding, your dress is one of the most important points of attention, but somehow, after the wedding, your gown gets hung in the closet and becomes an after-thought.
You have probably invested more in this single garment than in any other garment you have ever purchased.
You definitely want to protect your investment and not wait too long to have your wedding dress cleaned after your wedding.
While we generally don't recommend it, if there are no major spills or stains on your wedding dress, you may be able to wait up to 6 months to clean it without any major cleaning issues.
Vintage clothing that has either not been cleaned or properly stored through the years may turn yellow over time and soil spots will appear as yellowish or brown in color.
Depending on the strength of the fibers, condition of the fabric, type of stain or soiling, many issues can be reversed or remedied by our trained vintage wedding dress restoration experts.
Heirloom Restoration is a very labor-intensive process and is done in stages to protect the fabric while achieving the desired original appearance of the garment.
Our wedding gown preservation services guarantee that your dress will be as beautiful as it was on your wedding day years later.
Don't just hang your wedding dress in a dress bag in your closet after your wedding - that would be a huge mistake!
Proper wedding dress preservation is an intricate process that requires proper packing, high-quality archival quality boxing, and proper sealing.
We have hundreds of very happy brides who we've helped with their wedding dress preservation.
