We provide four tiers: Elopement ($500), Intimate Ceremony ($3,500), Micro-Wedding ($12k), and All-Inclusive Packages ($20k-$40k) with customizable options.
Can I tour the venue before booking?
Tours are available by appointment only through our online scheduling system or by contacting our team directly at 321-499-4232.
What spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions?
The property features four outdoor areas (Oak Cathedral, The Point, Cocktail Lawn, and Patio) and the 6,000 sq ft climate-controlled Boathouse for receptions.
Do you allow outside vendors?
We provide preferred vendor lists but permit outside vendors with prior approval and compliance with our insurance requirements.
Is accommodation available on-site?
The Decklan House offers overnight accommodations for wedding parties with two levels of modern amenities in a historic 1878 farmhouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks for payments. Payment plans are available for bookings made 12+ months in advance.
