Bridal Cottages

What wedding packages do you offer?
We offer three premium packages: The Magnolia ($17,000), Georgia Peach ($20,900), and Southern Classic ($26,500–$29,950) with varying guest capacities and amenities.
What is included in your wedding packages?
All packages include venue rental, professional planning services, entertainment with DJ/MC, cocktail hour with mansion tours, and customized dining experiences with premium catering.
What are your venue capacity limits?
Our venues accommodate 100-220 guests depending on package selection. The Southern Classic requires a 125 guest minimum during peak season and 100 during off-peak months.
Do you allow outside vendors?
We provide preferred vendor lists but allow outside vendors with prior approval. Our in-house services include planning, catering, and entertainment to ensure seamless coordination.
What dates are available for weddings?
Wedding dates are available Fridays and Sundays from February through mid-November. Peak season (April-June, September-November) has higher package pricing and minimum guest requirements.
