Our 12-acre waterfront estate accommodates weddings of 200+ guests with multiple ceremony and reception options. The 5,000 sq. ft. main barn combines rustic charm with modern luxury, featuring vaulted ceilings and customizable layouts. Seasonal availability from May through October includes exclusive access to all property amenities.
Bridal Suite
The Bridal Suite offers a private sanctuary with natural light, elegant furnishings, and premium amenities. Features include a beauticians chair, makeup bar, private bathroom, and direct courtyard access. Designed to provide comfort and tranquility during wedding preparations for the bride and her party.
Grooms Lounge
This masculine-designed lounge provides a comfortable space for the groom and his party. Includes flat-screen TV, arcade games, plush seating, and private bathroom facilities. Located for easy access to outdoor activities while maintaining proximity to ceremony locations.
Ceremony Grove
The Ceremony Grove offers a natural setting beneath mature trees with sunlight filtering through foliage. Alternative options include pond pavilion, meadow arbor, and rustic sunset arbor. All locations provide scenic backdrops for intimate or large-scale wedding ceremonies.
Reception Hall
The main barn serves as a versatile reception hall with capacity for 250 seated guests. Features include 26-foot vaulted ceilings, customizable lighting, and a covered porch for dancing. Includes stage area for live entertainment and complete table/chair linen packages.

Venue bookings are available from May 1st through October 31st annually.
What payment terms apply?
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date, with final payment due 90 days before the event.
What capacity does the venue accommodate?
The estate hosts weddings with 200+ guests across multiple indoor and outdoor spaces.
Are lodging options available?
While we don't provide accommodations, we recommend local lodging partners for guest convenience.
