I love photographing people.
It's not only because of the epic photographs we capture on mountain tops (though that is exciting).
It's not because of the real life candid and documentary approach we use to grab those moments of real emotion.
For me, it's about the experience and adventure of doing it together.
I enjoy challenging and encouraging my couples to get the best out of them.
We are a team and we work together while having fun.
If you're interested in hearing more about my work and style, please contact me and we can schedule a time to chat briefly to get to know you.
I photographed Kylie in her senior year at Argonaut high school.
She was energetic, relaxed, positive, and was genuine around the camera.
We stayed in Sutter Creek for our senior portraits ideas and vision.
I'm so glad to have many students from around the Amador County.
Even though most students are from Argonaut high school and Amador high school, I receive other seniors and graduates from outside the county for senior portrait sessions other.
While most seniors get their typical prestige senior portraits for their yearbook from Lifetouch or somewhere else, I enjoy getting more creative with their environment, their outfit ideas, some makeup, and hairstyles.
The Gardens at Sutter Creek is a popular wedding venue located in Amador County with lush green scenic views and backdrops.
It was my first time photographing here with the new owner who has put so much TLC into the place.
I was excited to create some fresh images here.
Quinn and Maddy decided on this venue for their dream wedding, inviting close family and friends to celebrate with them.
I was honored to be invited to capture their family story and Christian wedding as they honored God on their day.
Last year, I traveled up to Mt. Rainier National Park to photograph Cary and Natalie's wedding at their new outdoor intimate wedding venue, Upscale Cascades.
I wanted to showcase a few of their images from their wedding day.
We drove up to Mount Rainier for a sunrise adventure session and first look.
Though clouds covered the mountain, which is famously expected for the pacific northwest, we captured some good images around the wilderness.
After a few hours of photography, we returned their PNW wedding venue and prepared for the ceremony and celebration with guests.
I returned from Maui, Hawaii recently and captured some adventure couples while there.
No it wasn't for a wedding or an adventure elopement.
The couples I photographed weren't engaged or getting married.
I literally was exploring some of the Island's adventurous locations, wedding venues, and just asked strangers if I could photograph them.
This couple here is Chris and Laura.
They were holding each other in a blanket watching the sunrise when I was inspired to photograph them.
I simply asked if I could get a few photos, to which they agreed.
