I purchased our original engagement ring from Nic years ago. I had some specifics I wanted, Nic listen to understand as opposed to listen to respond. I didn't feel like I was being sold to like all of the other places, he was giving me a real solution to a big decision. After researching and seeing diamonds on Blue Nile, I wanted to see exactly what the diamonds looked like to match what I picked out on Blue Nile. So I called one day in March out of random to just possible come in to see what diamonds look like with NO intention to buy. Lol. Nic was able to get me in and situated that day without an appointment. He showed me everything I was looking for and MORE.

I was very much impressed by not only the pricing but also the detail he went to show me exactly how to verify diamonds and show a novice exactly what matters. In conclusion, I ended up purchasing an engagement ring that day! One month later, She said YES! And the ring is the talk of the town. I'm so glad that my fiance found this place! Gili is super helpful, knowledgeable and responsive! His dog, Didi, is super cute too! We came on a Saturday afternoon to look at various natural stones but we didn't find what we were looking for initially. Gili informed us that he would have a wider selection to choose from the following weekend. He showed us a variety of natural stones and I found THE perfect one!

I had specific customizations that I wanted in the ring and it arrived well before the estimated delivery window. I'm super happy with the final product and can't stop staring at this new hardware of mine. I came back again this past weekend with my mom to look at stones for a pendant necklace! Don't go diamond shopping in the mall! You will get way more quality and peace of mind for your money buying from Diamond Exchange. Gili is extremely experienced and knowledgeable as he grew up in the diamond industry. We told them what we were looking for in advance, so they had several diamonds available to choose from. We were very pleased with our diamond and the whole experience! Highly recommended!

After interviewing many jewelers, Gili made me feel the most comfortable. Gili is a true scholar and consummate professional in his trade, which made me feel well informed from start to finish. The selection of diamonds is endless, and he is very prompt to acquire anything that is not in stock, even extremely rare diamonds. I was looking online for a month trying to find a very unique, rare stone without any luck. Gili found it, and had it in his office for me to view in-person within 72 hours. Gili takes a proactive approach to business, and you can tell he truly enjoys helping others. The communication was excellent and I would highly, highly recommend doing business with Gili. We went to the Diamond Exchange to discuss a new diamond for one of my wife's rings. Our goal was only go evaluate this company as one possible source of this purchase. Once we met Gil and Nic we developed an immediate liking for the ethics and friendship exhibited by them. Gil spent close to an hour explaining the various options available to us, after which we decided to make a purchase of an excellent new diamond.

Gili walked us through different cuts, carets, clarities and styles. My custom engagement ring was ready in about two weeks for pick up. We got a great quality diamond for a very reasonable price. GIA certification was given with the pick up of the ring. Diamond Exchange Houston has a large variety of many semi precious stones, metals and fine jewelry pieces. Custom made, and even vintage pieces. I will be doing all my future jewelry buying with them.

I went to Diamond Exchange Houston to shop for engagement rings. I did my research online for different jewelry stores in Houston in my hunt for a great deal on diamonds and engagement rings. These guys had great reviews so I scheduled an appointment. I met with Gili and he was very fun to work with. He explained to me what the qualities of the diamonds were and how they affected the prices. They also had different settings available.

He took his time with me and made me feel real comfortable. Other places I went to could not compete with the prices or the service of Diamond Exchange Houston. I will also be back in the future to shop for wedding bands.
