Staff were awesome and very attentive. We went out and saw plenty of fish, a turtle, and an octopus. Well worth it. Kid friendly as I took two of mine and the staff helped to make sure they were comfortable.

Amazing experience for my wife and I. We really appreciated that the boat was not packed to capacity, but rather this operator intentionally keeps bookings well below what the boat is certified to carry. Highly recommend the Snuba experience with Reed, who is highly professional and provides a great overview and guided tour while you are taking in the sights under water. If you have any Scuba experience and/or you are not traveling with kids or adults not comfortable in the water, ask if you can do your tour 2nd, after the initial large group goes out.

You will have a nicer time and won't have to deal with other folks slowing down your adventure. Reed treated us so well! Finally, the entire staff was super friendly and made this outing one of the highlights of my Maui trip.

My wife and I did the morning snorkel that went to Molokini. Took off at 730am and got back around 100pm. We would highly recommend this! The crew was awesome and took care of everyone at all skill levels of snorkeling. They also had snuba for the more advanced folks. But we got about two hours total in the water and saw a ton of wildlife and super super clear water. Can't recommend this enough! Also got breakfast (fruit and pastries) and lunch (burgers hot dogs chicken breast) with an open bar on the way back. Can't beat it!

Everyone was very friendly. Service was amazing. Food was very good. Some of the best I've ever had on a dinner cruise. Luau was super and sweet with just 2 dancers but was ok. Would do this again for sure! Great time!

Absolutely perfect snorkel experience! Went to the crater and another spot to see turtles! Staff was so nice, food was great, drinks were great! Views amazing, they offered wet suits on the chiller side which helped a lot. Also a ton of whales on the way and back to sites and dock. Absolutely must do when in Maui!

Wow! What a way to start our Hawaii vacation cruise. The sunset dinner cruise was absolutely fantastic. The entire crew was so friendly and made the experience that much better. So many laughs.and oh, the whales!

I'm so glad we made this part of our anniversary trip. The captain and crew were so awesome and polite and so concerning of everyone and their level of snorkeling experience. If you're a beginner like us, this is the tour. The whale watching was awesome as well. I have a new appreciation for the whales and the ocean that I never had before. The lunch and bar was great too. Thanks for the best part of our trip. We will definitely do it again when we come back.

We did the molokini snorkel and whale watching tour and this was by far the most organized and friendly tour I have ever taken in any vacation. Safety was top priority, and every single staff member was so friendly, helpful and took pride in their job. It didn't seem like just another tour for them. They all had a zest for making it the best experience for everyone. Drinks were fabulous, breakfast and lunch were delicious and the snorkelling at the crater was incredible so many different fish to see. Non swimmers and those new to snorkelling were given one on one attention to ensure they also had an incredible experience.

We had our own gear but it appeared that all equipment provided was exceptional. Fins and lifejackets were in excellent condition. We were blessed that day to have so many whales to watch as several breaching right in front of our boat. The captain shared so much information and was vigilant with safety and weather conditions. Thanks so much for this experience we enjoyed every minute.

Great ride and snorkel! Wonderful staff, good open bar and food. We couldn't do the turtle cove due to merky waters but they made up for it with a whale watch.

Fantastic trip! First time snorkeling at Molokini and Pride of Maui made it unforgettable. The crew was amazing with top notch hospitality. Boat ride was smooth and equipment fit our needs. Molokini is so beautiful! Food is great, too. Absolutely recommend! Bonus: We saw humpback whales breaching! The skipper said it's early in the season, so it was a treat to see them.

We recently booked our snorkeling tour with this company. Overall really great experience. We did the Molokini crater and turtle town snorkeling tour. Me and my wife both don't know swimming, but the guides made sure we enjoyed the experience without any worries. They give you enough time in water to explore. With the tour they provide breakfast, lunch and drinks. Definitely will recommend this company for your snorkeling adventure.

We had such a great time snorkeling with this company today! The crew went above and beyond to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves. They were all so friendly and informative! We even saw a few whales. The food was delicious and the drinks were great! My hubby and son did the SNUBA and it far exceeded their expectations. I'd highly recommend this company! You won't be disappointed!

Great captain and crew! Really wanted to snorkel Molokini but it was a bit rough! Don't think I would of went if I'd known we weren't going to Molokini. Definitely someone to ask at the dock upon check-in!

The staff was incredibly accommodating! Great snorkeling in both spots, especially the eels : The reef friendly $5 sunscreen was trash, so bring your own. Highly recommend renting $10 wet suit tops to maximize your time in the cold water. Free beer and Mai Tais was a good bonus! Mahalo!

We did the pride of Maui snorkel and whale watching tour. The service was incredible. My daughter had a panic attack in the water and one of the staff members (didn't get her name) was so sweet and calmed her down. The food was delicious. They made sure everyone was well fed. The drinks were delicious, definitely doing that again. We had already done a sunset dinner cruise which was also incredible. PRIDE OF MAUI is where its at.

I've been on other dinner cruises woth other companies and the staff was dry. Highly recommend 100000% they make you feel like family. They made a pink drink with mailbu rum, tastes just like a gummy bear!

2nd time visiting Pride of Maui. 1st was for whale watching/snorkeling and this was snorkeling. Loved it! The staff is what makes it. They're all so nice and make sure you're taken care of. My son is so afraid of water and with their help and a little education he got in the water to snorkel for both stops! Wonderful boat! Great food and some of the best Mai Tai's on the island!

They offered a very good service, people onboard were helpful to provide basic lessons/ instructions to my friend who didn't know swimming. But the corals in Molekini didn't meet the expectation (Much better corals found in Napili/kalalua beach) and then they skipped the 2nd place for snorkeling (Most of the people already expect this of canceling) The food onboard was really good and helmsman was very patient during whale passing by and often tried to go near it, other boats weren't patient as this one though. Overall a very good experience with Pride of Maui.

We ended up going out two days in a row with the Pride of Maui - one morning for the snorkeling trip and the next afternoon for the whale watching. There was some overlap, but who doesn't enjoy going back for another snorkel looking for turtles? And we saw some whales the first day, but spending a couple of hours searching for them the second day was a blast! Even caught a pic of a breaching whale about 100 yards of the boat. This crew is the best. So warm, welcoming and helpful. I will definitely use them again when I come back out to Maui.

Absolutely unforgettable experience. I am so glad we were able to get this booked on our vacation. Kinu and his wife were excellent performers and servers. Matt was a great skipper and pointed out at least 20 whales to the passengers. Food was amazing. Service was great. Views were unreal. I was sad to get off and leave the crew. Definitely will be something that we do again when we are back. The performances and souvenirs were awesome as well. Again, unforgettable experience!

Fun trip and good experience. We went out to molokini which wasn't as good as hoped due to distance from shore. Boat is pretty full meaning you get less time in the water per stop (only about 45 minutes). Burger was excellent. Next time I'd just snorkel from shore to save more water time and money but they were good.
