The professionalism was the first thing I noticed... Then before I knew it, I was having a conversation with the driver, that made me wish I hadn't arrived at my destination! Now, this wasn't a one-time experience, I've had 4 wonderful rides with this company. The drivers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The communication is top notch, prior to our pickup I never felt like I was left hanging, or not sure of what was going on. I was lost on my first trip in regards to where I was in the airport, part my fault and part getting miss information from someone in the airport. Well, when it was obvious we had a little issue, the driver said to me, "stay where you are, and I will come to find you". Those words were so comforting, as I had 2 young children with me, minutes later, there he was! Book the ride!

Chief Chicago Limo was amazing in getting us to and from MDW. We were traveling with a baby where we needed to strap in our car seat and had a lot of luggage so I didnt want to deal with the uncertainty of car type and availability with Uber. Our car was already waiting for us once we were ready to leave home and texted us immediately as we landed letting us know where to meet him. Both vehicles were incredibly clean, and the rides were comfortable. Highly recommend and will book again!

I received amazing service. My first time to Chicago. The driver picking me up at OHare took the time to provide detailed instructions on where to meet. The car was clean and extremely comfortable. I was so incredibly impressed with the service at Chief Chicago Limo. I used an SUV for transfer from the airport to Downtown Chicago for a business trip. My flight ended up being cancelled, which resulted in 12 hours of delays. Kalo and his team tracked my progress, checked in with me and was right there as soon as I stepped out of the airport. The SUV was incredibly comfortable and clean. Additionally, there were storms in the area which resulted in a lot of rain on the route. The driver was safe and unlike Ubers or taxis, didn't take phone calls or look at a cell phone the whole time. I'm relieved knowing that any time I come to Chicago, I will have a reliable source of transportation.

Kalo showed up early, brought me breakfast, and provided excellent service and recommendations throughout my trip. Much better than hoping an Uber driver shows up on time or is even available.
