A little bit quirky, a little bit silly, a whole lot of heart. Those are the couples I love working with. Yes, I'll take photos of all the pretty details, but I'm obsessed with finding those little moments of joy being shared by friends and family. Capturing the unique personality that you and your tribe bring to your event is my most favorite thing to do.

It's how you FELT. Let's break some rules! I'm all about finding ways to throw tradition to the wind and make the wedding day as personal and meaningful to you as possible. I'll be your cheerleader for any crazy idea you have that makes your day YOU! Want to release butterflies during the ceremony? Hell yes. Have a Mezcal toast instead of a champagne toast?

Me too?! Karaoke instead of first dances? Yes. Please. Fire dancers and aerialists for cocktail hour entertainment? Call me now. Let's have some fun! And of course, if you're into colorful and fun wedding photography, that doesn't hurt either! Nature inspires me second-most. You're just as likely to see me relaxing in a hot spring in Eastern Oregon, as you are to see me jetting off to colorful Palm Springs.

Purple has been my favorite color since I was a tot.
When we moved into a new house when I was 7, my parents let me choose the color of my walls and carpet.
I picked purple walls and purple carpet.
Yes, they matched.
It was great.
When I was a senior in high school I was ready for a change.
I installed bright red shag carpet all on my own (a neighbor was throwing it out), and I painted the walls bright yellow.
I've always been a DIY type of gal, embracing change, not afraid to try new things, always looking for ways to break the "rules", always looking for my next project or new hobby.
Crystal is a true gem! She's extremely personable, responsive and easy to work with!
My fiance and I were nervous before our engagement shoot, but Crystal quickly helped break the ice and delivered some incredible shots!
I'm so happy we found Crystal!
We had the chance to work with Crystal last summer for our wedding.
When I sent her my very first email, she responded so quickly.
Everything went smooth from there.
She made accommodations and suggestions that were nothing but great.
She was so easy to work with from start to finish.
With over 17 years experience as a professional photographer, I have quite a wealth of knowledge.
I'm all about sharing that to help others grow!
If you're looking for a little help in your photography adventure, I'm here for you.
Whether you have a list of 200 questions to get you started, or if you just want to see how I run things in the office, or if you want step by step guidance during a photoshoot, I can help!
We can cover anything you like!
Twice a year I open up a new unpaid internship position for someone seeking loads of hands-on behind-the-scenes-experience.
I'll scream it from the rooftops.
IT'S ALL ABOUT CONNECTION!
When I have a connection with my couples, we create amazing photographs together.
In my 15+ years, all of my most favorite work was made working with couples that felt like new friends.
There's a million photographers out there to choose from, but how well you connect with them really reflects in the images.
It is so important that you can 'see yourself' in the sample photos you view prior to booking someone.
It's so important that you like the photographer as much as the photos, and that you are excited about the process and experience.
You won't regret hiring Flowers By Alana for all your pretty wedding day flowers.
She really knows her stuff, and most importantly, she really listens to your ideas and what you want and can make those dreams come true!
I've had the pleasure of working with her more times than I can count now, and every time I'm blown away.
Plus, she's a sweetheart!
Nicole is a pro, and so much fun to work with!
She wants all of her events to be unique in their own ways, and doesn't believe your event should be cookie cutter.
