I'm Ara, a native Pacific Northwest photographer based in Portland, Oregon. Over the last decade, I've joined over 300 amazing couples on their wedding days and adventures, from waterfalls to wineries, and warm rooftops in Spain to towering San Francisco ballrooms. With an uncommon hybrid background in landscape and wedding photography, I've molded my style by bringing together my favorite parts of both genres.
While I live in Portland, you'll usually find me working around The Columbia River Gorge, the Oregon Coast, Crater Lake, The Olympic Peninsula, Mt. Rainier, North Cascades National Park, the Redwoods, the McKenzie River corridor, Mt. Hood, Mt. Saint Helens, Mt. Adams, and many other Pacific Northwest haunts. I have photographed in New Zealand, Australia, The Faroe Islands, Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, England, Scotland, and Spain.
