I grew up in a closely-knit Italian American family, learning to cook alongside my mom. Food and family was everything, and still is! One of my favorite pastry chefs, Gina DiPalma, (with roots in Calabria) inspires some of my favorite flavor combinations, such as almond olive oil and strawberry balsamic. I'm engaged in the process of transforming a handful of beautiful ingredients into something that brings joy to so many.

And in Sonoma, the inspiration is endless. Fruit, nuts, dairy and even flours can be sourced from the county! When I'm not shuffling around the kitchen, you'll find me out at the coast breathing in that heavenly, salty air. Or working my muscles so I can lift wedding cakes with confidence and ease. This is a crucial part of the job! I also volunteer at a local community garden where I tend to a handful of large flower beds (some of those flowers end up on my pressed flower cakes!)

But ultimately, the kitchen is my happy place. Its where I feel most at home.
Services
SWEET has an 80 serving minimum, which is 3 tiers of cake.
Tiered buttercream cakes run approximately $11 a slice.
If you're able to send inspirational images when making contact, I'd be happy to offer a more accurate quote.
To supplement tiered wedding cakes in the case of larger weddings (over 100 servings), SWEET offers sheet cake as a courtesy at $8 a slice.
