What's included in the wedding rental package?
Packages include 12-hour access to the barn, outdoor spaces, tables/chairs for 150 guests, parking with shuttle service, and on-site manager support.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, you may choose your own caterers and DJs, though we provide sound system access. All alcohol must be served by licensed bartenders.
Are there accommodations for bad weather?
The pergola-covered ceremony space and heated barn provide weather protection. Both indoor and outdoor options are available for all event components.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 12-18 months ahead, especially for spring/summer dates. Check our online calendar for availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We require 40% deposit to reserve dates with final payments due 60 days before events. Security deposits are collected separately.
Do you offer event planning services?
While we don't provide full planning services, our on-site manager assists with day-of coordination and logistics management.
